Aiken County Public Schools has implemented the Parent Single Sign-on for PowerSchool. Parents will need to create a new account for the Parent Portal that will allow them to link all of their children under one sign-on account.  Click here for instructions.   Click here for important student information.

Freshman Orientation
                                                        
It’s time to start thinking about the BEST four years of your life!
You are invited to Spring Freshman Orientation
Thursday, April 23, 2015
The program begins at 6:30 pm but you can arrive early…
5:30 pm- Doors open for Self-Guided Tours (optional)
6:00 pm- Visit the clubs and teams of AHS in the gym (Come and meet Club Advisors and start thinking about what activities you want to be involved in next year!)
6:30 pm- Brief program of expectations for high school
 
Aiken High apparel and jewelry will be available for sale

Book Fair
Book Fair will be April 16-24th in the Library
FFA High School Rodeo
The FFA will be hosting its first annual High School Rodeo at the Aiken County Fairgrounds on April 24th and 25th. We need a lot of help with sponsorships and advertisements. If you or anyone you know is willing to help please contact Waylon Priester. The event over 2 days will have over 75 elementary, middle, and high school students participating in 10 events each night.

Lunch Policy


Students are to attend lunch by their
4th period teacher and are required to eat in their assigned cafeteria.
Students who are supposed to eat in the North Aiken Annex cafeteria will be required to sign-in at the Annex cafeteria door within the first ten minutes of lunch. Students who do not sign-in and are present at school will be written up by their 4th period teacher for being out of the area. Starting on Thursday, August 28th, 2014 students who do not eat in their assigned cafeteria will face the following disciplinary action.
1st offense
2 days After-School Detention
2nd offense
3 days of
In-School Suspension
3rd offense
3 days of Out -of-School Suspension
